The Beginning

From a young age, I have always been deeply sensitive to energy. I experienced the world intensely. Sometimes that was beautiful, and sometimes it felt overwhelming.

My mother gave me an Amber pendant, and from that day on, I wore it every single day. (Spirituality runs in the family.) It gave me a sense of peace and connection. That was where my love for Crystals began. As I grew older, that love slowly faded into the background. Like many things do during our teenage years.

Until, a few years ago, a small Agate found its way into my life.

It was as if a sleeping part of me gently began to awaken.

During a time when my body forced me to slow down, I found comfort in nature, yoga, spirituality and Crystals.

At the end of every yoga practice, I spoke the word Namasté.

That one word reminded me, again and again, of something I had always known deep within:

that everything in life is deeply connected.

The Journey That Followed

What began as a love for Crystals slowly became a journey back to myself.

I completed Reiki training, studied Holistic Therapy, and became a Breathwork Facilitator.

Along the way, I discovered how old beliefs, unprocessed emotions and life experiences can sometimes make us forget who we truly are.

Healing is a beautiful and powerful journey, but it is also easy to lose yourself in the spiritual world.

Everything I learned opened a door to deeper understanding.

Yet my greatest teachers were life itself.

By listening to what is already here.

The fear that arises in certain situations.

The recurring inflammation in your body.

The whisper of the wind.

Everything carries a deeper message.

It wasn't until I stopped searching and started listening to what was already here that I discovered something greater.

That everything is woven together.

That everything is energy.

That our bodies, nature and the elements are constantly speaking to us.

That wonder can open a door.

And that everything we need already lives within us.

We do not have to become anything.

We simply have to remember what we have always known deep within.

Namasteen

Namasteen was born from one simple desire:

"To invite you to wonder, to listen to what is already here, and to remember what you have always known deep within."

I am not here to tell you what the truth is.

I simply share what reveals itself to me.

Sometimes that happens through a Crystal.

Sometimes during a walk.

Sometimes in the glow of the evening sun.

Sometimes through an emotion or an unexpected encounter.

I believe that wonder invites us to look again.

To feel again.

To open ourselves.

And to listen to what is already here.

Crystals

To me, Crystals are much more than beautiful creations of Gaia.

Everything carries its own unique energy.

Whenever I connect with a Crystal, I listen to what wishes to reveal itself.

Not to tell a truth,

but to share the message that comes alive within me in that moment.

Not to tell you what you should feel,

but as a gentle invitation to discover what the Crystal awakens within you.

That is what makes it so special.

Because I believe that everything we need already lives within us.

Perhaps you are drawn to a Crystal by its colour, its shape, or by the message it awakens within you.

Trust that what is meant for you will reveal itself at exactly the right moment.

Every Crystal in the Namasteen collection has been chosen by hand with love and care.

Before a Crystal begins its journey to its new home, it is energetically cleansed and carefully wrapped.

Take your time.

Take with you only what feels true to you.
