The story behind Namasteen

Ever since my childhood I could feel, see and hear very clearly. All the energies and outside influences could make me anxious from time to time. My mother gave me a necklace with an Mmber pendant for this (Luckely for me Spirituality runs in the family). From that moment on, I was inseparable from the necklace; without it, I felt incomplete. A complete Crystal collection soon followed, but around puberty, I no longer felt the need for my necklace because, well, teenagers like to do their own thing. That was the end of this "stone age" for me.

Until a few years ago, a small Agate found it's way into my life. Naturally, my love for Crystals and spirituality returned more powerfully than ever before. It was during a period of physical illness that demanded much more from me mentally than I'd liked, when I drew strength from Crystals, spirituality, and yoga. I ended every yoga session by saying: Namasté. This gave me such a strong sense of unity that I wasn't alone, and I drew strength from it, knowing everything would be alright.

I recovered, and with renewed vitality, I started Namasteen to share my passion. If I could make just one person feel the support of Crystals, my mission would be accomplished. They say: If you open one door, many will follow. This was just the beginning of my journey. I completed all three Reiki initiations, trained as a Holistic Therapist, and trained as a Breathwork Facilitator. An intense personal journey during which I became aware of limiting beliefs, traumas, and unfelt emotions that I carried within. But I also realized that everything is inextricably linked.

All of this brought me back to my soul essence in a loving and effective way.

I can best describe it as an overwhelming feeling of love, compassion, admiration, trust, and gratitude. Something I hadn't felt access to for a very long time. A feeling that I am good just as I am, and that everyone else is beautiful just the way they are. It's a feeling of acceptance, compassion, and above all, a familiar feeling of coming home.

My mission is to bring heaven and earth together in each and everyone of us with  and to raise the frequency of the earth by reconnecting people with the essence of their soul. To wake up and connect to our true power.

By unraveling what isn't truly ours, such as false beliefs, old patterns, blocked energy, and emotions. So we can live from a connection with our soul again. As we were meant to. When we live from our soul essence, we are able to let our life energy flow again, reactivate our self-healing capacity, and open our hearts. To choose ourselves unconditionally, to live our dream life, and to be truly free. To live from trust again and remember who we truly are. By healing ourselves, we heal the world.
