Would you like to return an item? You can do so within 14 days of purchase. Please contact Namasteen beforehand by sending an email to info@namasteen.nl. You will then receive return instructions.

After contacting Namasteen, please return the item as soon as possible, and no later than within another 14 days,

by mail and, if possible, in the original shipping packaging with track & trace.

Important:

* The return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

* If 14 days have passed since your purchase, Namasteen cannot offer a refund or exchange. This also applies if the item shows clear signs of use.

* For hygiene reasons, facial rollers cannot be returned.

* Oracle cards can only be returned in their original sealed packaging.

* All items are carefully packaged. If an item does break during shipping, please contact Namasteen and send a photo of the damaged item.

* After receiving your return, the purchase amount will be transferred to the bank account used for the original payment within 14 days.
