Returns

We hope that you are happy with your order.

If, for any reason, you would like to return a product, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

How does it work?

We kindly ask you to contact Namasteen before returning your item. You can do so by filling in the contact form below or by sending an email to info@namasteen.nl.

Once we have received your request, we will provide you with the return instructions.

You may also use the statutory EU withdrawal form if you prefer.

After notifying us of your decision to return your order, you have another 14 days to send the item back.

Good to know

Return shipping costs
The costs of returning your order are your responsibility.

Condition of the item
You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. If the item has been damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess it, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund.

Damaged on arrival
Every order is packed with great care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Namasteen as soon as possible and include a photo of the damaged item.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, we will refund the full purchase amount as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after your cancellation request.

We may wait to process the refund until we have received the returned item, or until you have provided proof that it has been shipped.

Your refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.
