Reiki & Crystal Healing
My mission is to reconnect your soul essence in the here and now. To bring you back into contact with your true and purest self, who you truly are. A feeling of safety and security is the most important thing to me.
The practice space is furnished with earthy elements to help you ground and relax. Before the healing, I will ask you how you are truly feeling. Perhaps there is something you would like to focus on during the session.
Each healing is completely formed to your needs.
After the intake, you can lie comfortably (including pillows and blankets) on the table. You may keep your clothes on and remove your shoes. During the reiki healing, the universal life energy is transferred to you through my hands. I may place my hands on your body during the healing. This is not mandatory, as Reiki also flows remotely. I will also use crystals. Before the healing, I will discuss with you what feels most comfortable for you. You can indicate at any time, even during the healing, what feels right for you.
After the session, we'll briefly discuss your experience, and I'll give you personalized Crystal advice. You can purchase this immediately if you like, or order it later in the webshop.

Reiki & Edelstenen Healing from your home
Remote Reiki works the same as in-person Reiki, except there's no physical contact, just an energetic connection. It can be a bit more difficult to fully surrender with remote Reiki because you can't experience the soothing atmosphere of the practice space and may be more easily distracted.
If you choose a remote Reiki Healing, we'll schedule a time together.
It's important that you can truly schedule a moment for yourself. Find a place where you can sit or lie down and relax and receive. Relaxation and receiving go hand in hand. When you're still busy or rushed, you're automatically less in touch with your body, making it harder to feel the Reiki energy flowing through your body. So it's crucial that you create a comfortable space for yourself, where you feel comfortable and where you won't be disturbed. I'll give you a meditation beforehand to help you ground yourself in the here and now, making you more receptive to the Reiki energy. You can also light a candle and burn some incense, sage, or Palo Santo.
At the agreed-upon time, I will begin the Remote Reiki & Crystal Healing. I will energetically attune myself to you, allowing the Reiki to flow freely through our connection.
The session lasts half an hour. Afterward, I will disconnect our energetic connection.
Afterward, you will receive a PDF file with the insights you gained during the healing, so you can read them again later at your leisure. You will also receive a suitable Crystal recommendation, along with a message from this Crystal, especially for you. You can order this gemstone afterward in the webshop.
